Looking for a good null sec Sansha belt ratting fit

I'm looking for a ship (and fit) that can belt rat in null sec with no issues. My current fits is an omen/oni. This fit works fine against frigates (acolyte II) and BS/BC (orbit at 5k). However, against cruisers, this ship (I'll post the fit in I'd prefa few hours when I can get in game) isn't as great. I use heavy pulse laser I with imp. navy mf m. With my mediocre skills (working on getting those up) I can't track the cruisers very well unless I'm right on top of them, and they can hit me if I orbit them. So basically I'm looking for ANY ship with ANY (not to skill/cost intensive) from any faction. This is obviously super vague, so I'll put up some guidelines.

Under 100m, or under 200m if insurable.

*preferably tech 1 or faction*

No more than about 2 weeks in skill training (Gunery IV, Amarr cruiser IV, Caldari Cruiser III, Caldari BC III)

Able to take out sansha belt rat with ease

ACTIVE TANK (or at least a repper). Otherwise repair costs eat into my profits

I'd prefer:

1-2 extra high slots if possible (for tractor and/or salvager)

Drones for taking out the frigs

If possible, a cruiser class hull so the hull can be black ops jumped to null.

I've used an Omen with beams successfully for nullsec belt ratting. Since the damage buff a couple years ago, medium beams work quite well vs all Sansha belt rats I've encountered.

When ratting with a beam Omen, I don't warp to 0 on the belt, I warp to a bit less than my optimal range. On arrival at a belt with rats, I immediately burn at a right angle to the group of rats and engage the afterburner.

I always lock and kill the frigates first, and I carry Acolytes in my drone bay just in case they get too close.

belt ratting is so poor in isk/hr that even miners scoff at it.

100mn vexor navy issue and you can start doing anomalies instead of belts.

Requires:

gallente cruiser 4
fuel conservation 4
afterburner 4
skills for T2 armour tank
half decent-ish cap skills
heavy drones 4
other drone skills are a bonus

active tanked gila will work wonders. Will even allow you to run anoms with ease. Sadly at work so don't have fit handy.

Stealth Bomber would do them quite happily, especially with the new missile changes coming out today.

Just ignore the T2 frig spawns... dont give you anything anyway
