Hello CCP,

Over the last year the on-line users within EVE has dropped over 30,000 players. The changes that have been made to the game under the direction of employees like CCP Seagull, CCP Fozzie and others has resulted in the lowest number of players I have seen on-line in years. I personally think this will start to escalate unless CCP does something to stop it. EVE could be a great game again, attracting new players and growing, however the opposite is happening. Why is EVE dying? The answer to that question might not be as complicated as you might think, in fact I think it is simple. CCP has done nothing to increase the fun factor of this game in years. CCP has decided to take a broken system they call faction warfare and force it upon null sec. You have restricted space travel to the point no one moves. You have created massive areas of space that have become stagnant and boring. You have thrown in a single new ship class in the game of which you got wrong and are continuing to try and fix. You add icons that no one cared about. You added new graphics few can see. You destroyed capital ships completely. You have nerfed more things than anytime in the history of the game (here's a thought CCP stop nerfing and start buffing). CCP you need to look up the definition of the word game again and have a company wide meeting to explain it in detail and maybe CCP Fozzie could make a graph.

The dedication you have enjoyed from your player base is not guaranteed and will not last if you CCP do not do something soon to add fun back to EVE. If you CCP think this is all conjecture and skepticism then you have your head in the sand. One example I find the most alarming is when one of the largest community of players asked their members to start playing other games. That one action should have set off fireworks at CCP. Your are losing your subscribers CCP! The dedicated players will leave this game if you do not do something soon.

The other day I heard one of the most dedicated players of EVE that I know... say "We need to find another game to play, I guess!" , my heart sunk.. CCP no one that has put in years of time, money and effort wants to leave the game, but if you continue the path you are on they will.

CCP basing your decisions on graphs and charts for EVE is moronic, you should never do that. CCP you have lost touch with what has made EVE what it was. If CCP took a poll of the player base today, something like "Do you enjoy playing EVE?" you would have set the no vote to 30,000 before even posting the poll.

CCP you are killing the game you call EVE and you seem to have no idea what the players of EVE find enjoyable about the game.

I am sure that I will get blasted for posting this by a lot of EVE players, they will blast me because they are afraid of this truth not because I am wrong. I simply want EVE to thrive not die.

Yeah more fun stuff, like... having nearly everyone you ever introduced to the game quit after being suicide ganked for the third time in their first month... fun stuff like that.
