OP, chill. It's part of the game, and yes there are ways to not get ganked. Asking most gankers will provide truthful and workable advice. It is high sec because CONCORD does do bad to people who do bad. If you wander elsewhere you get the same thing but without the whole punishment after the fact thing.

EDIT: As others have stated, yes you can pop those pods. Presuming you have your overview set up in a non-derpy fashion you should be able to tell immediately as to whether or not they are criminal, suspect, or of low sec status (-5 or lower)

Yes they can. As already suggested earlier in the thread, it's worth reading through the crimewatch mechanics:

It's valid gameplay under the mechanics of the game, but CCP don't endorse it or decry it. It's allowed if all the mechanics and punishments are followed.

I am sure this is just a CODE. alt who wants to make them seam relevant which they are not, because they achieve nothing and it's not even PvP and they are just carebears who like to kill new players in 4bil ISK freighters!
