a emergency i need to help

when i try to enter the eve service,they told me "the connection to the server was closed",it' doesn't matter that i restarted my PC and router mang times.what happen to this??i need for help..thank you.

I do not know if it can change anything but you are starting it with the launcher right?

Have you tried with the .exe file?

Not sure if you are in the US, but check this, or the zendesk here. If you can't fnd an answer there I'd either ask for this topic to be moved to Issues & Workarounds or go look through the posts there and see if your problem is being reported. I see a couple of similar looking topics on the first page. Failing that, contact your ISP and have them check your connection.
