The key elements of this toon are:

Can fly Amarr Freighter and Jump Freighter
Can fly Minmatar Freighter and Jump Freighter
Can fly all the Command ships (lvl 4)
Can fly the Orca and 6 days of the Rorqual
Can fly T2 Haulers from Amarr

This toon has some great faction standings:
Mordu's Legion: 6.84
Ammatar Mandate: 6.59
Caldari State: 6.06
Khanid Kingdom: 5.91
Amarr Empire: 5.86

This toon has good scanning (4,7 mil) and trading (6.1 mil) skills

Positive wallet and sec status and there are no kill rights

As bonus you get two clones one is a + 4 learning clone the other is a High-grade Ascendancy set whit a slot 6 Mid-grade Ascendancy Omega so you'r freighter warps FAST ;)

Toon is located in Jita
