Don't spend all of your life in High-sec. High-sec is so boring and doesn't even cover 10% of what EVE truly is. Come experience the life of null-sec. Earn ISK for simply PvP'ing. Set up your own towers on moons and experience massive amounts of ISK for simply spending 10 minutes a month. Perhaps you like mining? We have easy access to Arkonor, Bistot, Mercoxit and Crokite - with full complimentary Rorqual boosts. Our logistics arm is one of the best in EVE - rivalled only by Red Frog, and can easily get your valuables to (and from) Jita in under 12 hours.

For the PvP Focused:
We have a full reimbursement program for ships and T2 fittings, so that when you die, you get paid the full cost to replace your ship. That way, you can PvP without losing money. If you like small gang PvP, we have ops all the time. We have players in US, Euro, Russian, and Australian time zones, so there's always something going on. If you like fleet engagements, well, we have those several times a week. We have loads of skilled fleet commanders. A skirmish commander program. Have our own massive mumble server. And of course, a lust for war.

For the PvE Focused:
If you're looking for PvE, we hold sov over all of Deklein. This is an excellent 0.0 region with truesec between -0.5 and -1.0. This means that it has some of the best quality rats, anomalies, and complexes. A character in a Drake can make between 10-30 mil isk/hour, depending on their missile skills and whether you're working in a group. A Tengu can make 60 mil isk/hour. Our anoms drop some of the best escalations, like The Maze, which can bring in the occasional rainfall of hundreds of millions of isk. You see, when you finish an anomaly, you have the chance to get a bookmark for an escalation, which is a complex. If you can't run it, sell it to someone who can for half the loot. Since loot from an escalation can be hundreds of millions or even billions of isk, you're making a damn fine bonus. If you're interested in missions, neighbouring 0.0 npc region Venal has level 3 and 4 missions available, and is pretty quiet. The rat type in Deklein is Guristas, which do kinetic/explosive damage and are weak to kinetic. Drakes and Tengus are best for ratting, but of course whatever ship you fly is pretty good too.

For the Industry Focused:
If you're looking for industry, we have secure space with good logistics. Because we hold the whole region, we can patrol it pretty efficiently, so it's safe to bring out your Hulk/freighter/whatever. We see maybe 2-3 enemy gangs per day, and we get early warning on our intelligence channel, so you'll have time to get docked up. And of course, if you're a miner, we have sole access to Blue Ice, thanks to our ice interdiction. We're going to keep up the interdiction. If you're a producer, we have to import a lot of our stuff from Jita, so if you're willing to produce thing's locally, you're probably looking at a 20%-30% markup over Jita prices. If your ultimate goal is Capital or Supercap production GoonWaffe has standing orders to purchase your products at Jita+10% prices. If you like space trucking we pay 600 isk per m^3, and we have an excellent jump bridge network to cut down travel time. That means moving a freighter's worth of goods could bring 300-400 mil for an hour of work!

Please note: I am a director on an alt. However I like to keep things separate. I get a lot of mail on my Director alt. There are a variety of reasons I don't recruit from my director alt. The reason I prefer this method is because it provides both you and us with an audit trail of communications - I tend to delete a lot of mail on my director alt.

Second, having this system allows me to focus on recruiting. And provides potential recruits answers to questions in a timely manner.

Finally, having an audit trail in place provides us with a system that allows us to objectively review the performance of recruiters.
