Can't create contracts.

Stuck on page two, telling me to select which items to contract. I select which items/ships I want to contract, hit next....then nothing.

Clicking Next doesn't do anything, no matter how hard I click it. And I tried pretty hard.

Update.

It seems that it is only ships I can't contract. Yes, I have skills for contracts. Yes, I have empty room for contracts. Yes, I can contract modules, ammo, commodities....just not ships.

Check if the ship has armor/hull/module damage.

Having same problem when I try to contract a fitted auguror navy issue
