EVE client and sometimes PC crashes when going trough gates

So i've been having the following issue for a quite some days (i'm tempted to say since last patch):

Whenever i go trough gates, random, my screens flicker, shut down and then come back on. Sometimes i see a taskbar popup saying that the nvidia driver recovered. Other times it's a full pc crash + restart.

It happens only when the animation from going trough a gate ends. As soon as i land on the other side, poof. It doesnt happen every time, sometimes it works for hours without issues. I haven't been able to make up a pattern just yet (a particular type of gate or a particular set of circumstances).

I'm running a GTX 970 with latest drivers, dual 1080p screens. Other games have no issues for me, temperatures are ok. I'll start a stres test separately for mem, gpu, cpu but i doubt it's a hardware problem.

What settings should i try for the client? Anyone else having this problem? Thank you.

I've seen that others have the same issue and found that setting the Shaders to low setting worked for them. I tried it and what do you know.. the issue stopped happening for me too. I think the topic can be merged to the bigger one about the same issue.
Any solutions to the problem? I'm gonna try a full reinstall of the client on a diferent drive (moving it to ssd) and disable download on demand.
