average time for a petition?

ok, just wondering if anyone else is seeing something like this, ive had a petition going for just over 9 days now no responce. jsut wondering if this is SNAFU (Situation Normal; All F***cked Up) or a glitch somewhere...

5 minutes to 5 weeks, depending on the category.

depend which section.
Ussually billing issues are answered quick enough, same as some game-playing issue if its serious enough..
And depend when
Through hollidays queues getting slower, less people working on them.

But avarage for those not-so-important is around 48 hrs .. afaik

Think I've had all from 2 minutes up to some 3 weeks (2 min being exploit petitions).

Especially after expansions and patches you can expect it to take longer.

Not sure if they got any kind of escalation system.. Like you dont get response within one day you try to escalate it to higher priority Big smile

I have one that's at 6 days the other is at 2 days. I can't really play until the 2 day one is fixed though but because of it's category it might take a week also.
