Still there, your agents might have had there mission pools reset recently. CCP seems to do that once and a while. Sometimes, certain missions have a nasty habit of disappearing for a while then suddenly return out of nowhere randomly. I just got World's Collide for the first time in months. Random damn sure is random.

If you are losing ships to recon you are doing it wrong.
Pt 1 & 2: race to warp out as soon as you get mission flag
Pt 3: overtank your ship and fit an mwd

Easiest mission ever

can do all parts in an interceptor fit for warp speed. I use a raptor with a MSE. although sometimes killing the NPCs in part 1 for the ~10m in bounty feels like the right thing to do.

As long as you do them, of course. If one skips them, they don't affect what you get much.
That said, burner missions are pretty common indeed.

I actually clear the first mission of rats. Lots of high value BS makes for over 15M in bounties in addition to the nice LP rewards.

Unfortunately the next two in the chain are trash. I do them to avoid an unnecessary standings hit but I'm not happy about undocking for such low rewards.

+9% for completing the first part, -1% for rejecting the second part. I'll take the standings hit every time

Sorry, I just had to do this, seems so fitting for your stereotypical capsuleer (not sure how to feel about that last one not being a meme, but oh well).

I get Recon chain in agent's system, so I feel like it's okay to do that, maybe I'm losing out though.

Recon 1 is okay to clear I think when you can use salvaging service.

What's wrong though? Completed Recon 4 this weekend, I don't think anything has changed since I remember it.
