I'll keep it simple:

1. Bring back tactical overlay to system map. Show distance to celestials.
2. Make it possible to fullscreen system map. Right now it's more like hard window inside bigger window of cluster map.

No it' not possible if the system is not present on the cluster-map.

It's possible to stretch window to nearly fullscreen with no such effect. But if you make it fullscreen, you receive small system-map window inside cluster-map window.
