CCP increase subs for Norwegians by almost 50%

Pretty sure some ISD told a player making post like that without the authority to do so by being ISD member was not really liked.

I too, would like to know what laws changed for me to be taxed VAT on my sub...

1- Yes because it was sent to each individuals.

2- Check your international commercial law change in the past few months. It more than likely didn't swap directly on june.

Silly Europeans, VAT this, VAT that. Why don't you move to a country that allows you to openly carry an AR-15 assault rifle in the Atlanta airport?

What I'm trying to say is, we don't have a problem with VAT here in 'Murica!

all i know there is alot of norwegians quitting the game or unsubbing some of their accounts due to this.

Well seeing that Norway is an european country and hence should pay in euros or local currency is fine.. But with CCP lying to us about how the laws in norway all of the sudden changed is not somenting i accept.

For all we know, CCP messed up and just got a VAT bill in the mail recently and a deal was struct to recover the money "lost" since 2011 that way.

This is of course complete ridiculous speculation based on what we know. Which amount to nearly nothing...

Yes i'm a Norwegian.

However. 9th of November this year, i have been playing for 11 years. And i'm absolutely not gonna quit or anything like that for just some few more extra euros / dollars every months. I have spent to much time in EVE for doing such a thing.

Another thing is that we Norwegians are actually the peoples with one of the highest payoffs each months in the world for working. I see through the fingers that way and do sees that the 20 euros we Norwegians must pay, might actually be lesser money spent from what they have over a player from the UK who have to pay 15 euro from the money he earns every months.

Looks like they finally got to enforcing their tax stuff. I'll guess we'll see more of this in the foreseeable future Blink. And of course more tears. Time to get some popcorn. Almost everywhere. Not just Norway Lol.

This problem would go away if you'd realized the error in your ways of nationally controlled currency, bent the knee and adopted the glorious Euro.

Furthermore, I think that links must be removed from the game.
