It's a bit messy, so willing to be flexible on price. Initially a miner, then a missioner, then a drug manufacturer, then a PvPer.

Character would likely be useful for someone living in 0.0. Doesn't have T2 HML, but, with a little training, it'll be a great 0.0 ratter in a Tengu with enough PvP skills to fill numerous roles in roaming gangs and fleets.
