All basic skills as appropriate

anchoring is a plus but not required

electronic skills -
All skills at 4-5

Engineering -
All skills at 4-5

Gunnery -
All sizes and types must have specialization (12million sp is smallest amount considered)

Leadership -
max leadership is desired but not a deal-breaker

---

Navigation -
only jumps skills as required for black ops

---

missiles -
rockets, light, heavy, heavy assault, torps all tech 2. Cruise missiles are a joke anyway. (7million sp is smallest amount considered)

shields -
All skills at 4-5

---

Spaceship command -
all races frigates, destroyers, cruisers, battlecruisers and BS at 5
command ships
HACS, HICS, DICS, cepters, Recon (all 4-5)
black ops

---

Subsystyems
all races at 4-5

---

NOTE:
Carriers, and dreads are handy but not required
Industry, invention, mining, and all other fluffy crap will be considered a negative component for the character
