Note: after I input my credentials I am asked to input a character name, after doing so, I am returned to the login with the error. Invalid username/password, incorrect character name entered. The account is not new, or has a transferred char.

By the way, it shows 126 people are online on Singularity, not sure if it means something, other than we are losers.
