as subject, looking for a stealth bomber toon, Must have the following :

Arrow Covops V
Arrow Amarr Frigate V for purifier
Arrow T2 Torp
Arrow Close to perfect Missile Support skills
ArrowGood core skill
ArrowCybernetic at least 4

Preferebly in less than 30m SP
