Hey guys, why not charge people a tax everytime they use a startgate?

It could be dependent on the size of the vessel and also make it that capsules and rookie ships are exempt....

Sounds good to me. It could create some interesting gameplay mechanics, like being stuck in a systema dn having to get out with your pod only.....
