Needs:

Arrow Tactical Weapons Reconfig 5
Arrow Cap Projectile 5
Arrow Dread 5
Arrow At least able to turn on both shield and armor reps.

Wants:

Gunnery/Support skills >= 4, the more at 5 the better, obviously.
I'd love for armor/shield comps to be 4+
I'd like JDC >=3, but that's not a deal breaker.
I can be flexible on dread OR guns being 4, but I'd rather one of them be capped.


Budget: negotiable, depends on the toon, naturally.
