So today I was doing a Standard Sleeper cache out in Nullsec and a Neut popped into system... So i cloaked up and sat on the beacon waiting for them to warp in... but guess what? The site EXPLODES...

What the hell is that? Is there a hidden timer on these exploration sites that if you cloak for longer than 60 seconds it explodes?

No idea. Haven't a clue about sites tbh. But your post made me laugh so hard I almost pissed myself.

I've noticed the same thing happen... if you cloak up in a Sleeper Cache it will despawn/explode after a while. Weird but I think this is to prevent cloaky camping of caches.

I guess that makes sense - but regular data/relic sites dont have that mechanic. Kind of ****** for CCP to implement a mechanic that prevents greifing.
