No capital Remote Reps 5
No Capital local reps at all
No capital energy Transfer at all
Armor Comps at 4
Can't use Remote ECM Burst
Missile skills sub-par for proper Tengu
Except for jump skills, sub par Nav skills
Rigging skills are a Joke
Spaceship command needs proper cleaning

I'm not saying a "bad toon".

But advertised "PERFECT" is a far cry.
I would 20bil at most.

i dont know if u can understand proper english .. it says he is a ratter ....while ratting u dont need archon slow cat fit ......... so again m saying he is only for isk making and ratting in carrier or doing high level ded escalation..........
