Fit with t2 siege module (can provide t1 instead, or both), short range guns (can provide long range guns), capital armor repairer, 2 t2 projectile rigs, 1 armor rig, faction gyro, other essential mods. 70 mil worth of mods and ammo in cargo.

Full fuel bay (31k isotopes, rest stront).
