General omni tank fit but I usually have one or two mission specific hardenners, or one specific and the reactive.

Cap stable with my implants, Genolution 1 - 4 and the two 3% cap implants ( Capacitor capacity and Capacitor Regeneration )

With my current skills has 580ish dps cant remember exactly, all subsystems at 4 and most drone skills at 4 or 5.

No matter what your tanking agaianst always have a 700 dps or more tank, + speed tank makes its tank fine if not overtanked

A little slower with lower DPS than some battleships but is faster speedwise.

Lol, that is awesome, with that midslot configuration you go as fast as your drones w/o heat and 2K+ faster w/ heat.

I would love to see a PVP video where the Proteus passes his drones while they are both burning toward the target.

using this fit for running 4/10 combat sites in highsec either ded or unrated. works very good in sansha and blood raiders
instead of eann you can fit em/therm hardeners. (i am using dark blood ones)
this gnosis can solo all level 3 missions and if someone is lazy can use it for overkill on missions level 2.
in general it wont die . without mjd its cap stable. average pve boat. but expensive (!!!)

Roughly the same DPS and acceleration/align-time as an armor-brawling Vexor... but with slightly higher EHP and lower top speed.

Yeah... it is 40 million more ISK than a Vexor (for a total cost of ~70 mil)... but most of that is insurable!
Plus, with a normal T3 or Command Ship, you are paying roughly 50 to 70 mil per Warfare Link anyways (6 Warfare Links / cost of fitted T3/CS).
This is just one warfare link... that can (more or less) keep up with the gang... doesn't require peripheral micromanagement... and can fight.

Fit is with my current skill level... could be improved.

it would take forever just to get half of that speed and after that good luck if you have to manouver, cruisers and below will disengage at will and big stuff will wreck you

Heavy drones are too slow to start and so is the ship. OH well... now I know. I've been obsessed with kitter lately. I've brought it too far! hahaha
