Passive tank best tank, take a mobile depot and mobile tractor unit.

Carry a few spare mods for refit, warp core stabs, medium micro jump drive, more damage mods, more low slot shield rechargers. Swap out for DPS or Tank depending on the incoming damage. Refit stabs and jump drive if a gank comes. jump away and warp off.
