UI Scaling for QHD/UHD

Is it possible to get UI scaling options above 150%?

I play on a 65" 4k TV from across the room, which I understand might not be a common use case, but then I also will be getting a laptop that supports 4k soon. On a smaller display, or even on a large display at a distance, the current UI is unreadable. In another year or so, when 4k become more mainstream, this could turn into a bigger issue.

Also its useful for people who are just edging towards the blind end of the spectrum :)
