Average petition queue times?

Has anyone got any sense of CCP GM's average response times on petitions?

I completed the Amarr epic arc "Right to Rule" on May 21st, received the big reward impant but not the large boost in Amarr standings.

Petitioned this on the same day and have "bumped" the petition a couple of times since then.

It's now May 27th - six days later - and no sign that GMs have looked at the petition let only evaluated it.

Is this usual?

PS - to be fair, on the one occasion I had a higher priority mission / agent petition, this was resolved very quickly indeed.

Yes that's not unusual.

It depends on the classification of the petition. For example, stuck petitions get answered very quickly.

Others depend on how many other people have submitted petitions.

For non-critical petitions (stuck, char.transfer..) it is usually around 5-6 working days.

First, Google it. This question gets asked about twice a week.

Missions in Progress, Harassment, petitions like that get responses almost instantly. Standings, items, and other non-critical petitions are far lower priority and can take a week or more to get a response.

There is your problem, i bolded it. Do NOT bump your petition, because it doesn;t bump it, it puts it at the BACK of the queue. Just leave the damn thing alone. Go do other stuff and they will fix it when they see it. This could take a few hours or a few weeks. But do not 'bump' or repetition

Its not a critical issue, so it will be handled in due time. Patience.

Science has proven that posting in GD about petition wait times actually increases the length of the wait times. Science.


Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Im AFK Cloaking them as hard as I can.. but they just keep petitioning it and complaining about the wait times! Its a damn vicious cycle I tells ya!

Exactly. AFAIK the system reads a new message as a 'start this over' unless its been grabbed by a gm.
