Character Bazaar

I'm looking for a character with high Caldari and Caldari Navy standings, at lest 8.0, and preferably higher, to both the faction and the corp. Having trade skills trained would be a plus, as would the ability to fly transports and freighters, but the faction and corp standing are most important. Will pay up to 20B for a character with max (10/10) standings, depending on what skills it has trained.
