I don't see the point in any of this tbh, so it's a no thanks from me.

Destination SkillQueue:- It's like assuming the Lions will ignore you in the Savannah, if you're small, fat and look helpless.

I like only the portal thing... a tax to use it that is proporcional to security level, more secure systems more money to travel... this would make people choose between travel safe having to pay for it, or take risks and pay no money.
