I need starter PvE alt withnext requirements:
- good core. fitting and navigation skills
- missles or drones skills (or gunnery for marauder)
- ability to fly battleship (good) or T3 / marauder (starter) in T2 fit

Because of i looking for starter toon, my budget is 3-5 bill.
