im not new but someone tried to scam me 5 days ago on charater bizaar.

he said on fourms he returned the isk but he never did.


I have petitioned it 5 days ago and no a response.



I tought this matter would of been dealt with on the night but its not.


Whats taking so long?

Be patient, scamming in the character bazaar is forbidden so it should get sorted.

Gm's response time can be anything from 10 minutes to 10 days at most.

be patient and they will get back to you.

Some scammers are possibly taking advantage of the long response times to "borrow" ISK as it were. 20b -> market daytrading -> 22-25b -> forced to return 20b -> 2-5b profit.

sounds like in the end nobody gets hurt and they make some money. good for them.

Don't kid yourselves. Even the dirtiest pirates from the birth of EVE have been carebears. They use alts to bring them goods at cheap prices and safely, rather than live with consequences of their in game actions on their main, from concord to prices

oh someone is always scamming , theres nothing big about that, its where they're scamming is the issue.

of corse there is the outside chance they're just incompitant morons a messed the whole thing up, leaving the gm's to trace and recover the assets
