I'm being sold privately. I'm in an NPC corporation, have no kill rights, and my wallet does not have a negative balance. I will be located in Jita at the time of transfer. I have roughly 110 million skill points, and I am not being sold based on any representation that I have specific skills trained. This character will receive the isk.
