Juli Paris is a genuinely perfect DPS mach and genuinely perfect DPS vindicator, on top of all sorts of unusual lvl 5 and a decent spread of other subcaps.

There is not a single skillpoint that could increase the damage for either of these ships for this character, it is totally MAXIMUM PEWPEW.

All 6%'s for vindicator, maximum damage/cap with some Ascendancy implants for warp speed.
A second 6% vindicator clone, as above, on a popular incursion island.
All 6%'s machariel clone, maximum damage, with all +5's for learnin' things.
