Amarr drone ship fix

PROBLEM:
While the Dragoon, Arbitrator, Prophecy, and Armageddon all see fairly regular usage and do well in their respective roles, They tend to have an annoying problem with split weapon systems. The dragoon in particular is a bad offender with this, having 3 of each and forcing an even split down the middle with turrets and missiles.

SOLUTION:
Get rid of the turret slots, and give all of them a full rack of launchers to work with. While this wouldn't result in particularly spectacular dps, it would be consistent with training into khanid ships (and more representative of close ties with the caldari), as well as making a certain degree of sense for the dragoon and geddon, since the both get projection range bonuses for neut/nos.

ADVANTAGE
Removing the forced split weapons and allowing for missile integration with drones would work well due to how they'd integrate. Light and heavy missiles each get excellent range projection so they'd compliment the drone range well enough as it is. This would be advantageous for the Arbitrator specifically since it would benefit greatly from the ability to fit a full rack of rapid light or heavy launchers due to its TD bonus.

Thoughts? I'd consider dropping a high on the dragoon for a mid, but i'm not sure how much that'd step on the algos' toes.

Those slots are meant for neuts. They are letting you pick guns or missiles.

If they're meant for neuts, then why put weapon slots in at all? Quite a few people put rapid heavies on their Armageddons, you know. What?

To give you a choice the same goes for the turkey and the poor man's balghorn, did you even read what he just typed?

I read that dosens of times before I figured out what you could possibly think I meant. On the dragoon you will have 3 neut slots if you pick guns and 3 if you use missiles. Same goes all the way up.

Because having a choice is bad.

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

you can have that when they give my rook more low slots and armor bonuses so I don't have to balance between tank or ECM

The Amarr drone ships almost made me cry when they first changed them. It's everything I ever wanted before they made the Nestor and gave the Domi a baked in Omnitracker.

In particular the Arbitrator is just a way sexier ship than an Vexxor anyway, and the Prophecy is my favorite battlecruiser hull---to actually make it a ship I longed to fly was just too good to be true. Amarr Drone ships are in a great place. It needs a lot of survivability compromise, but it's hard to match the sheer unmitigated firepower of the new Armageddon in a T1 standard hull.

All the weapons are unbonsed regardless, so people can really pick any combination they feel like. Quite a few forgo neuts entirely and go with straight damage, while others go 2 guns, 2 turrets, and 2 neuts. it would be acceptable if it was 4 each like on the proph, but the slot balance is absurd on most of them. Sticking strictly with launchers is a good route to go since they all shoot out to or past neut range and use no capacitor. You also aren't mixing missiles and guns which is a good thing in any context.

It's still a choice with just missiles too lol. Other than being better at fielding damage options if you choose it, that really isn't something that would change with this.

Ever seen what happens to capitals that get a few 'All Neut' geddons on them?

All these ships function just fine as is. They are not broken, they are in a good place.
