Dear GM's,

Recently, like last week, I posted a ticktet because I am under the impression a solarsystem is bugged. Today 5 days later I still have not received even 1 reply. I understand that you guys must be busy and the problem is potential a hard one and that it takes time to solve problems. however a reply with the notice "HODOR, HODOR HODOR HODOR" or "dear Hodor, we have seen your cry for help and we try to solve it as soon as possible and we keep you posted" doesn't take ages to make and goes a long way into keeping me happy.

The GMs haven't had time to respond to you because they are all here reading the forum.

Or, maybe that's not true. They are all doing their work and won't even see your thread at all.

They will answer you but it's not the GMs giving you the finger. It's all the other tickets submitted before yours.

hey post in the suggestions forum for a new feature where you can get an automated reply saying "we have received your support ticket and we will review it at the nearest possible convenience" keep Hodor satisfied, a satisfied Hodor is a happy Hodor Pirate

GMs have their work to do and you feeling the need to make a thread and cry about it ...

Form experience with a bugged system, they get fixed when they get fixed after you have sent a bug report, no need to even send a support ticket unless you need reimbursement.

Somebody should name something in Hodor's honour.

FFS.. some people are so damn impatient. It will be handled, just not in the time frame YOU imagine. The one time i sent in a support ticket due to ship loss from a technical glitch, it took over a week. I didn't mind at all, i was busy playing the game and doing other stuff. And quite simply, a 100m isk ship wasn't enough to dwell on.

You're not the only special snowflake who is sending in support tickets.
