Hello friends,
I'm happy to announce that I'm opening up one of my research projects over the past few years to a wider audience. For the last several years I have been working in on designing a powerful sandbox to enable high-bandwidth, low-latency communication with your loved and hated ones.

Borealis VR is a modular, flexible system designed to be robust and secure against any threat model and facilitates lucid, full body experiences without the full attention of physical presence of the user. Currently, Borealis VR instances require fairly powerful, specialized hardware, if you are interested in deploying your own system, please contact me.

My corporation is currently operating a cluster of the only known Borealis VR deployment, however I wish to see more soon. The current deployment is a cluster of 200 deep-space probes with jury rigged quantum networking systems. Over the last year I've launched these all over the cluster into interstellar space, beyond the reach of most corporations. If you are interested in renting space on this network, joining one of the instances it hosts, or gaining access to the network please get in contact with me as well. Prices will be adapted to financial position and I offer top-grade support.

Due to the extremely high requirements of the experience, typical Borealis VR applications either require an implant or a preprogrammed neural uplink. Great care was taken designing and auditing reference implants, their designs are all freely available to the public in permissive licensing models. Once the implant has been created for you it can be recreated for a handful of ISK through a standard 3D bioprinter. The implant costs approximately 5 million ISK to tailor to your mind and can be purchased from my corporation if you don't feel like making your own. Simply send my corporation the amount, or whatever you can afford, and a basic neural scan. I will not turn down new users because they cannot afford the cost. The implant will be provided to your medical bay to be added to new clones. Your current clone will be able to access the network via your pod or bodysuit.

As a consideration for my current and future users, the details of how to access my corporations cluster will be provided on an individual basis. In the future there may be publicly known Borealis VR clusters. Please, let me know if you want a demo!
