Deleting a Corporation

Hello everyone,

I have a simple question:

When I'm as the the CEO of a corporation and also the only member leave the corporation, what will happen to it?

Will it be gone so someone else can use it's name or will the name be unavalible for a set amount of time/forever?

I believe the corp name and ticker can be used again, immediately (or at least pretty close to). anywhere where you can see the current corp name it will be replaced with corp name (closed). for example in war histories or character employment histories.

Chainsaw Plankton is correct, the moment the corp is dissolved the name and ticker become available to reuse. People use it to dodge wardecs and/or troll other players.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
