So I started having the Socked Closed issue again, tried reading the help desk article,

And every time I try to, it drops me right back at the main page with error:
"Invalid iat parameter. The supplied iat value is more than 3 minutes off, check your server clock."
So yeah, not sure where the problem is.

Edit: Ok, it's not doing it anymore, so at least I can read the articles, but the page is permanently loading something from "p3.zdassets.com" although this might be more of an issue on ZenDesks side.
