Wiyrkomi Skin for the Charon (missing white stripes)

Hello CCP,

why the Wiyrkomi skin for the Charon don't have the unique white stripes like the other ships?

Tayra, Naga, Rokh etc., they all have the white stripes, so why the Charon don't have white stripes too?
