Since the OP couldn't be bothered to provide links or context, there's a bit of an uproar about the prices for the new ship skins, e.g. ~30 USD for a particular Titan skin (after you do the aurum to money conversion.)

Ebil CCP trying old tricks on us. Where Dev Blog with decisions? SKINs were pretty when they were buggy, now, not so much. Gief features, not macrotransactions! Care for subscriber, don't be like rest of the MMORPG world!

Certain rabblerousers are upset at the price of vanity items like the ship skins for titans. Much like the infamous summer of rage incident, they wish to protest and expect us all to join.

What they fail to realize that the cost of monicles and lack of bug fixes while throwing a poorly implemented walk in captain's quarters instead of walk in station, is not on par with the latest release and plans by ccp. Yes skin prices are similar to monocle prices, but that is where the comparison ends. We have had rebancing, and ccp is still in this process. We've had new features and ships, a coming new sov system, work on new pos code/structures, and many but fixes.

So the OP is trying to stir up rage similar to when we all felt most betrayed by ccp when the reality is many are extremely pleased with the changes happening and direction of ccp.

I don't really see the point. I've no intention of buying skins unless they do something like reduce sig. This is nothing like the monument protest where there were actual issues.

You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friends nose. Unless you podded them...and collected their corpse.

Hey could be worse they could charge you for updates like blizzard do but they dont and for all they ask for is something back from subscribers to make a little more cash to fund the game.

Oh 30bucks for a titan skin, bet the op doesnt even own a titan

It is probably the same as monocles, get your all in a twist then you are happy when you are still paying more than you should after they drop the prices.
