Should be shield tanked instead of armor tanked, and be able to fly cruisers for Caldari and Gallente with support skills.

Ideally would also be able to fly Interceptors.

It's more important at the moment that the char can fly a wider variety of ships than that it can fit them all well, but I'm not interested in characters that will take 6 months to fit into a decent fit for a cruiser.
