Dual monitor low fps

The game has 410+ fps when I use only one monitor but as soon as I extend the displays, it drops below 50 unless I lower the resolution a little bit, then it comes back to 410. This method doesn't work as soon as I open a second client in the other monitor. They both average a very unstable 40 regardless of the resolution.

I was wondering if there was any fix or workaround to keep the game at Vsync fps while keeping the game windowed.
