"Near Moros"?

You don't have any ranks in Advanced Weapon Upgrades, so there's a month or more before using siege.
Your gunnery skills are all 3's and 4's, that's another month or two of training.
You have basically no jump drive skills, so that's another 2 months.
You don't have Capital Ships or Gallente Dreadnaught even injected. Another 2 months.
You're actually at least 6 months from a Moros.
I'm sure there's other skills you're missing (armor and shield skills are incomplete) but those^ are the important ones.

I would buy this as an incomplete Moros pilot with wasted SP in mining and offer you a 5b b/o.

You will need to join an NPC corporation before selling this character as per the following rule:
