As you may know, Doctor Arkon Sarain was found deceased today at the P.P.C Facilities. Despite our original relationship, I was a dear friend to Doctor Arkon Sarain.

Doctor Arkon Sarain was the most honourable, kind, and humble man I ever met. He was an inspiration to us all. A symbol of what the Cluster should be. He showed others that the Faithful are not all monsters and demons.

Many are saddened by Arkon's loss, especially me. And I will go to great lengths to find out who committed this atrocity.

In honor of the late Doctor Arkon Sarain, I am constructing a statue of him in my Palace Courtyard. The statue will be made of gold, and plated with chrystals from across the Cluster. Despite this, the statue will still not be even .0000000000001% of the value that was Doctor Arkon Sarain.

Arkon, I know where you are. Enjoy Heaven, you deserve it.

In Memory of the late Doctor Arkon Sarain,
Cakzad Arcashiri

It was with great sadness that i awoke today to hear the news of Dr. Arkon Sarain's death.

I have only known him for a short time, but in that time i grew to respect and admire his dedication and unwavering commitment to his ideals. The world will be a darker place without him.

To the perpetrators - Justice will be swift when we find you, but not to swift.

With respect,

Sahriah Bloodstone

That is sad news indeed. I spoke with him for a short time last night via comms, though he seemed to be distracted and in a meeting at the time. He never gave me a straight answer to my inquiry.

My condolences.

I would say that Arkon wouldn't want a heretic offering condolences, but that is not the man Arkon was.\

That was how honorable a man Arkon was.

Me on the other hand...........heh.

I remember when I first met Doctor Sarain. I was still renovating my shop when he walked in and took a seat at the bar. He didn't move when I told him I wasn't technically open. His first order was special chocolate, which is everyone's favorite, but it wasn't his last. For a few weeks, up until and past my parlor's opening, he would order special hot chocolate. He asked for cayenne pepper in it, too. He said something about having a Ni-Kunni preference for spice. He was such a regular, I always had a pot brewing in the backroom for him.

He was gentle and kind. He was a real rarity among capsuleers. Even my customers who were politically opposed to his views enjoyed him and respected him.

He stopped coming by a few weeks before his death. I figured it was because he was busy and that he needed some alone time. I didn't check up on him. I should have.

Um ... Mr. Arcashiri?

I share your grief, but ...

Please think for a moment about what His Honor represented, and what he stood for. Dr. Sarain was a man of learning, and of law, old-fashioned maybe to a fault, and deeply dedicated to knowledge and justice.

Respectfully, please, there must be some better way. If you wish to memorialize him, perhaps a law library in some out-of-the-way system where it might be of use to local magistrates. Perhaps with a rare book collection, where the history of Amarrian law is still recorded on strips of pulped dead tree ... perhaps with a statue or plaque, somewhere, in bronze or marble.

Perhaps a half-dozen such libraries.

Scholarly, tasteful, eloquent.

As he was.

As puzzling as I find the news it's nevertheless sad.

Only spoke to Dr Sarain a few times but he seemed like a lovely gentleman, always happy and outgoing with time for anyone. The populace needs more of his ilk, not one less. May he rest in peace while his life inspires others who live on.

I agree. I had not considered that, but I agree. I will still construct the Statue in my Courtyard, but I will have my men begin construction of the 'Arkonis Law Center', as well as the Sarain Libraries.

Arkon Sarain was a good friend, and a much better man then me. May his memory live on, and may his spirit guide us to a better Cluster, one of peace.

He was a man I only met once, briefly, only a passing 'Hello'. But I watched what he had done, and I am impressed. He will be missed.

Stay on the meds, Anyanka.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Interesting, the Concord registry shows Arkon Sarain's license as still active. Usually when a capsuleer is gone, ten hours is enough to update. So it wasn't a final death, then, and he cloned somewhere.

There are other reasons the information might not update. Even still you might be right.

Wouldn't be the first time a major Amarrian figure who wasn't supposed to clone actually did clone and had a miraculous return. Amirite?

(( Due to issues, Arkon Sarain left the game without shutting down his account. I know it makes sense IC, but due to OOC reasons it doesn't. ))

You're a capsuleer, child. Most of us are so far out the other side of murder that the word no longer has any semantic content for us anymore.

Take the time to kill one person with your bare hands? I'm too busy salvoing waves of nuclear missiles, thanks.
