Anyone Else Having Login Trouble?

EVE launcher says that I haven't logged in from this IP address before, despite this being my home computer that I use all the time. I enter a character on the account and get retruned to enter my login credentials again, then get the same message again. Rinse. Repeat.

Yup, I'm having the exact same trouble with my main and secondary account.
I can only access EVE with one (new) account.

I get the error for "haven't logged in from this IP" alot. It means I got my password wrong.
Not in this case though.

I can't even change my password, that service seems to be glitched too.

alot of people are having this, rather than announcing the issue they are moving it to the workaround and issues page, a sticky to advise on this issue in this forum would be helpful, check the work around forum, there are indeed some work arounds.

I've had the new IP message a couple of times but then it's let me through OK

I find it odd that this problem pops up the day after I pay CCP for another year of service. Now, instead of the product working as intended, I have to work around the problem.

Well ... the login still works.

You can log in, but not by pressing ENTER.

You have to click the button via mouse,
else you'll get thrown back to the login again.

That ringing in your ears you're experiencing right now is the last gasping breathe of a dying inner ear as it got thoroughly PULVERISED by the point roaring over your head at supersonic speeds. - Tippia

A wrong password does in no way correlate to the change of IP.

Just enter a char's name of the account and CLICK the button !

yeah they specifically scheduled this issue based on when you gave them money

you should go demand a refund

Sheesh ...

If I stuff up my password it gives that error, if not, then it's fine, no character name needed. I never said it made sense.

But clicking the button instead of Enter worked, for my second account at least, so thank you.
