PLEX prices not rising quickly enough

It it just me or have plexes been taking too long to return their proper price of 1B isk ? A month or so ago they were about 750mil. Will there be a limit on how long it takes for them to return to that price or will players with less time because of real life jobs continue to be shafted on the isk return they get for selling PLEX ? When will CCP intervene, I put real money into CCP's coffers unlike PLEXed accounts, I expect that loyalty to be rewarded with PLEX price protection so I can get a reasonable amount of PvP per plex.
