Hi everyone. I'm a roughly 5M SP char with some basic skills trained. Probably a good alt starter for industry. I was going to be a covops alt but that isn't going to happen now.

+3 implants. 3 remaps!! Some basic skills at lvl 5.

Not really sure what I'm worth, but I'm not doing much good where I am, so make an offer!

I think maybe 2.5 to 3B could seal the deal, just based on time to train the skills relative to plex costs, and so on.

All rules apply. Post bids here only. I will pay transfer. Character has positive sec and is located in high sec with no kill rights.
