Faction Warfare

I haven't dove into this yet, but after seeing so many requests from others here in the forums to reform FW I can't help but feel this should be the #1 priority.

Anti-Botting Measures

I. Hate. Bots. With. A. Passion. I hate them so much they are the very reason why I endorse ganking in the first place. They are the scourge of all MMOs and deserve no safe haven.

Mining Overhaul

This has to be overhauled. The sooner CCP overhauls the mining system, the better we will be able to deal with the bot users. I will enjoy the day when bot tears will be at their freshest. After all, CCP needs more tears to quench the thirst of their hamsters. I hear that bot tears are the purest form of tears in the universe.

Make lowsec more profitable and give it something unique so that there's a compelling reason to be there other than a lack of concord.

Overhaul FW, the wardec system, and bounty hunting.

I really think CCP could do a lowsec-focused expansion that fixed FW problems and added cool new content like the concord-based pseudo-sovereignty that I proposed a while back. At the same time, fixing highsec mechanics like wardecs and bounty hunting could fit nicely into the overall theme of it. I even named the expansion I'd make: Enforcement.

1 Drones ( Drone control improvments / drone bug fixes / Drone implants / battleship sized actual drone carrier ( able to weild more then 5 drones ) )

2 Alliance/Corp logos for ships

3 POS revamp/modular POS's

4 capitals in highsec

Ships should have not different roles not just worse/better. How many ferox/brutix (bar suicide gank)/cyclone/prophecy do you see around?

Please after 9 years do something with audio side of the game.

Make ppl wish to turn on in-game sounds/soundtrack

More (MUCH MOAR) songs in in-game playlist, most of weapons could use audio overhaul, ...etc

Anti-botting improvements are sorely needed. Either that or just allow botting so everyone can make a few hundred mil per day afk instead of just the cheaters.

I would just settle for a functioning sound system and redone effects (sensor booster disco baby!)

Lowsex revamp would be good as well.

1. Command Ship rebalance.

As a ship class Command ships are wholefull underpowered for their price tag and more importantly their training time. I'm not going to get into hyper specific details comparing training times of commands vs t3s however I will point out a blantantly obviously issue that the majority of "Field Commands" suffer from. Take a look at the total slots available to tier 2 BCs, now take a look at the total slots of the field commands. Other than the Sleipnir and Astarte they all have 1 less slot than tier tech 1 brothers, this needs to change if these ships are ever to be commonly used/trained for. On a more focused note, the Myrm has 1 less total slots than other tier 2s, so the Astarte actually has same number of slots as the Myrmidon. This should have no effect on the point i'm trying to make which is +1 slot for Absolution, Astarte, and Nighthawk.

2. Ratting...

I know this is a rather broad issue to be brought up however I strongly believe that the majority of ratting in this game needs to be reworked to function more similarly to that of incursions and W space. This does not mean that the total difficulty will be increased, instead it would be an improved to the rats AI as well as seed many of the hulls on pirate/navy rats that are not present. Examples would be tier 2 bcs, tier3 bcs, tier 3 BS and maybe even some capitals.

The other point I'd like to touch on is variation in sites by greatly varying the types of spawns and even the rooms associated with each site. This would in the end allow for potentially hundreds of combinations for each site making every ratting experience slightly more unique and thought provoking over the static and predictable isk faucets we have atm.

3. High sec incursions.

Nerf this vastly overpowered isk faucet please... High sec incursions have had a very detrimental effect on eve's economy as a whole.

Null and low-sec incursions should remain unchanged.

While I'd like to see most of what the OP listed these three would be my picks.

Tiericide is the one I'm a bit torn on actually. Basically, you can't take a WW1 dreadnought and expect it to hold its own against a WW2 battleship. Considering some of Eve's ships are recent developments with others having been around for hundreds of years, I'd expect this to be the same. On the other hand, you can always upgrade a viable hull to modern standards, especially when your defensive systems are mostly modular. There are examples of the same ship hull being utilized for the next generation of ships in RL, notably the successor to the Nimitz class as it will still use a Nimitz-class hull.

POS revamp: I've always hated the way POSes looked. A way to have several different modules docked to one another and the POS control tower would make a lot more sense to me. I think the way Egosoft's upcoming X Rebirth is supposed to be handling this is more or less the best alternative. Just my two cents, of course. Also, lots of work, artwork especially.

Visuals/sound effects: Who are you kidding, you're in this for either pew or for mining. Shiny effects make either occupation more fun.
