Where can I find my link of the recall program?

My friend has left eve since last year November, but he notice that May patch will give a big changing on sov , and he wanna come back and play eve again.

He ask me to give him a link of the recall program. However, I can’t find where I can get that link. I can only find the buddy program actually.

Would someone know how to reach the page of the recall program?

recall was tested and is moth balled you cns;t use it. there is a link on account mangament but it says its not functioning and will be back

I did not want to make a new thread (you are welcome isd, i do know how to use search) so i'll reply to this one.

CCP its time to give us back the recall program. I have people i am sure i can bring back.. do you NOT want our money or what?
