Better advice would to be farm FW plexes WITHOUT resorting to stabs. Pressing d-scan is really not that hard, no skill points needed. As an additional bonus, new players will learn situational awareness and how to deal with occasional losses. They might even decide to take the fight and have fun on occasion, whereas a stabbed ship is effectively crippled for combat.

Gallente Militia got 75% buff to LP atm and some nice ISK per LP ratios
