8.5 Bil, This character is not a full booster, it lacks the industrial reconfig skill essential to the boosts, an orca is better
and all those resource processing skills are useless now to the rorq......

Industrial reconfig skill is 4 , having that to 5 is not worth since u need 28 more days to train it just to save 50 units of Heavy water which is peanuts.
