Hi,

I was wondering how you cloud beat up Team Burner and their damned logis. I've seen tons of fits, but they all involves faction frigates / expansive fits for almost always more than 100M ISK risked for a ridiculous reward.

Is there a way to beat them with regular T2 fits with T2 frigates ?

Bring a team to the team burners....
aka friends
or alts

or try the ECM kitsune.

I think thaqt thread is where i found idea about kiting Kestrel. Light missiles + racial jammers + MWD. Kite, jam and kill.

yeah, when it comes to cheap versions only the kitsune or kestrel will work.but it will take 3 times longer .some use a daredevil too, but i have no fit act.

btw the reward is way more than the 10 mill. dont forget the lp points and you got a chance for faction loot. basiccaly you got 30 mill with reward and lp only. over a month you got more isk than a plex only with one mission a day.

most assault frigs can be fit for kiting setups. and if you throw ECM in there, it just makes it easy.

I've done numerous team burners using an ecm kiting kestrel. I have since switched over to a garmur to get them done faster. I seem to be getting lots of anomic team offers, so getting them done faster is great. Basically same concept, kite burner, jam one logi, kill other logi. Then kill last logi, and finally burner. I am sure there are other ships that can do it better, but this works for me.

I'm just a modern day caveman in search of a bigger club.

A beam slicer can kill Hawk very fast. I forgot to time but I managed to kill both first logi and Hawk before the other logi came back after ecm cycle. It should cost less than 20 million in a trade hub.

Usually i start from keeping distance to burner jamming first logi and killing second.
Jammed logi usually starts to get out. Mostly they stop at 80-100km distance and burn back.

After first logi is dead i switch to burner and usually i can kill it faster than second logi returns.
In few cases burner burned to alive logi with incredible speed but even in such cases usually i kill it fast enough.

I'll try the slicer. I tried an arty Wolf but I wasn't killing logis fast enough.
